No refunds are issued for private lessons.
To reschedule a private lesson, notice must be provided at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Requests made within 24 hours will require booking a new private lesson.
No-call / no-show appointments will not be rescheduled and require booking a new private lesson.
Families are asked to be respectful of the instructor’s time when scheduling, canceling, or rescheduling lessons.
Any cancellation made by a family—regardless of how far in advance—must be rescheduled within 14 days of the original lesson date.
No-shows (lessons where the athlete is not on-site at the scheduled lesson time) will be charged and are not eligible for make-up lessons, credits, or refunds.
Same-day cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) are considered late cancellations and will be charged. These are not eligible for make-up lessons, credits, or refunds.
Athletes do not need to be currently enrolled in classes at Twist Athletics to book private lessons.
A Twist Athletics account is required for the athlete’s guardian in order to schedule private lessons.
In the event of an injury, a credit will be applied to the account for use toward future private lessons.
